This site  has been designed to give information about Uzuncaburç and its environment and historical background.

           As the poor guards of this historically rich town;

We'd like to work hard,

To produce more,

And earn.

            But our town is located  on the top of rock hills with poor land that make impossible to grow enough crop , vegetables and fruit. As the land is hilly , it is almost impossible to plough the fields.

So people  in  this town raise cattle or goats on their farms . Irrigation  is olso a big problem for us. For all the reasons I tried to mention above, the people of  Uzuncaburç live in  poverty.

We all asure you that if we are given enough support to work , to produce more , will gain together.  We expect investors to invest money  in this town to make  a tourist attraction centre.
